Earlier today, the Institute for Entrepreneurship and Economic Development hosted in Podgorica a round table entitled “Development financing opportunities from EU funds,” where the participants presented the Capacity Analysis of Local Governments to Attract EU Funds. The aim of this analysis is to give an estimate of existing local government capacity for using the EU funds, having in mind primarily the importance of local governments as generators of development, as well as the importance of their participation in the process of using the pre-accession assistance.
