State Secretary for Political Affairs Ambassador Vladimir Radulović spoke to representatives of United Nations Working Group on Enforced or Involuntary Disappearances, who came to Montenegro as part of their visit to the region. Working groups's activities are focused on finding and punishing the perpetrators, securing reparations to the families and promoting the 'culture of remembrance' of those who disappeared.
