New York: Montenegro and the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela establish diplomatic relations

Permanent representatives of Montenegro and the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela to the United Nations in New York, ambassadors Milorad Šćepanović and Samuel Moncada signed a Protocol on the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries. The signing ceremony was preceded by an exchange of notes on the establishment of diplomatic relations at the level of Ministries.
