The fourth meeting of the Stabilisation and Association Committee (SA Committee), which was held in Brussels earlier today, noted that Montenegro has made a positive trend in meeting EU membership criteria. In addition to the progress in meeting the political criteria, it was noted that Montenegro is also making good results horizontally in all areas of the acquis, which confirms that Montenegro has taken a responsible approach to accession negotiations.
