Minister of Foreign Affairs Srdjan Darmanovic received, for an inaugural visit, Croatian Ambassador to Montenegro Veselko Grubicic

Minister Darmanovic congratulated the Ambassador on his appointment and noted the intensity of contacts and ongoing cooperation as best confirmation of outstanding relations between Montenegro and Croatia. He presented Montenegro’s achievements in the process of European integration, informed about the pace of the ratification of the Accession Protocol of Montenegro to NATO and thanked Croatia for their prompt ratification of the Protocol. Pointing out the importance of the current continuous support and practical help from Croatia in pursuing our foreign policy priorities, both at the political level and through expert assistance, Minister Darmanović expressed readiness to deepen cooperation in all other fields of mutual interest.
