MFA: Agreement was reached on return of Russian citizens to Moscow and our citizens to Montenegro

In the last 24 hours, in intensive contacts with the competent authorities of the Russian Federation and Montenegro, all necessary prerequisites were created and an agreement was reached on the return of a number of Russian citizens to Moscow, i.e. our citizens from Russia to Montenegro.

The Law on Freedom of Religion is part of every domestic legal order and the exclusive right of national legislation of every independent and free state. Although there are no clearly codified international standards in this area, Montenegro has, without obligation to do so, prepared, agreed and adopted this Law through the consultation and the assistance of the Venice Commission, that is, with the consent of the most respected European and global authorities regarding these issues.
