Minister Darmanovic welcomed Head of ENEMO

Foreign Affairs Minister Prof. Dr. Srdjan Darmanovic had a meeting today with Mr. Gianluca Passarelli, Head of European Network of Election Monitoring Organizations' Mission that will monitor the upcoming parliamentary elections, set for August 30. Minister expressed pleasure with ENEMO's interest to follow Montenegrin elections, while stating that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will provide support to the ENEMO team to successfully conduct their mission.

Ministry of Foreign Affairs strongly condemns yesterday’s protests, jeopardizing the security and property, as well as the demands for removing the state symbols in front of the Consulate in West Palm Beach. Political messages, threats and ideas heard during the protests, although far away from Montenegro and its local ideologists and creators – Serbian Orthodox Church and its branches in our country, represent another sad, but dangerous demonstration of fanaticism, nationalism, clericalism and political primitivism of lowest level, which led to war and heaviest crimes during the ‘90s.

Ambassador Radulovic attended the Conference on Digital Response on COVID-19: Multilateralism of great importance for economic and social recovery from the pandemic’s consequences

State Secretary for Political Affairs, Ambassador Vladimir Radulovic, attended the Ministerial Video Conference on the topic “Bridging the Digital Divides: Digital Response on COVID-19”, organized by Estonia and Singapore, in the role of co-presidents of the UN Group of Friends on e-governance and cybersecurity. Conference gathered ministers and high officials of the ministries of foreign affairs from over the 60 countries, joined to discuss the usage of the innovative digital solutions in tackling the COVID-19 and strengthening the international cooperation in the digital technology area.
